The Kanban Coaching Practices (KCP) training complements the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) one by introducing knowledge and coaching practices necessary to achieve successful change in an organization.

You will learn appropriate coaching techniques and tools to bring an organization up to maturity level 4 of KMM.
