The Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) is a map for developing business agility. It describes seven levels of organizational maturity using three pillars: Culture, Kanban Practices and Outcomes. In addition, it defines a model for driving the Evolutionary Change of an organization.
KMM is developed by David J. Anderson and Teodora Bozheva based on their 14 years of experience with Kanban and guiding organizational change initiatives in companies in different sectors around the world.
In this training you will learn KMM in depth and understand how to determine the maturity level of an organization. You will also know how to identify appropriate cultural values and Kanban practices to meet customer expectations and increase process efficiency, as well as how to introduce the culture of collaboration, customer orientation and continuous improvement.
