MULTIPROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH KANBAN

This workshop-simulation will make you experience the management of multi-projects with Kanban and reflect on the current habits of the organization. Participants will understand what to change in their organization's current practices to deal with project delays, lack of predictability, lack of coordination, and quality issues.

THROUGH A SIMULATION the following concepts and topics will be introduced:

Effective alignment and coordination of the different teams involved in the projects to avoid delays and cost overruns
How to speed up the flow and increase the performance of the organization
How to view and resolve workflow bottlenecks

Project management metrics with Kanban
Tools for Kanban management

The simulation is done in the Kanbanize tool. This way the participants get a realistic idea of what they can expect from a Kanban tool.
