Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP)

Kanban strengthens collaboration and teamwork in a natural way.

This training course introduces the basic concepts of the Kanban method. They are suitable for both small and large teams and it requires relatively little effort to put them into practice.

No initial knowledge is required to participate in the course. Within a single day you will learn how to manage the work of a team using a kanban board, explicit policies and effective meetings. You will also learn how to detect overloading of individuals and other causes of low workflow efficiency, as well as how to address them to improve team productivity.

By receiving this training, you will obtain the "Team Kanban Practitioner" certificate.
