COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to meet the needs of people who are leading or involved in business agility development initiatives to get a comprehensive and objective picture of their organization’s current situation and define the appropriate steps to move forward.

You will learn how Kanbanize works, which we consider to be the best tool for agile management of projects and services, but you can use any tool you want in your organization.

It introduces the pillars, key concepts, and architecture of the Kanban Maturity Model. It explains how to use the model to move an organization from its current state towards its purpose.

The course includes exercises and examples of real companies using the model to help students define actions applicable in their companies.
